The Ea Nam wind power plant has completed the final phases of connection to the national power grid after approximately 10 months of development. The Ea Nam wind power plant project, with a capacity of 400MW, is currently the country's most significant capacity wind power facility.
The finished project will provide 1.1 billion kWh/year to the national electricity source, aiding in developing renewable energy sources and assisting the government in achieving its objective of lowering carbon emissions to zero by 2050.
"Trungnam Group has invested in 3 significant wind power projects in three distinct locations in 2021: Dak Lak, Tra Vinh, and Ninh Thuan, with a combined capacity of up to 546.2 MW. All 3projects were completed by the end of October. The Ea Nam Wind Power Project (Dak Lak) is the largest onshore wind power plant project in Vietnam, with a capacity of 400MW, and the Dong Hai 1 Tra Vinh project is becoming the largest offshore wind power project Vietnam, with a total of 100MW. This accomplishment demonstrates Trungnam Group's project implementation capability - worthy of being the top firm in Vietnam's renewable energy market."
