The delegation went to the construction site of the
Ea Nam Wind Power Plant Project and listened to the construction unit, the project owner's representative, report on the construction progress, advantages and difficulties in construction implementation, and COVID-19 prevention and control at the project.
The Ea Nam wind power plant is located in the communes of Ea Nam, Ea Khal, Dlie Yang, and Ea H'leo (Ea H'leo district), and has a total installed capacity of approximately 399.6 MW; the expected power output is 1,267,723.9 MWh/year; the survey area is about 5,565 ha, and there are 84 wind turbines. The overall investment is 14,817 billion VND, and the project has a 20-year economic life.

Speaking at the meeting,
Nguyen Dinh Trung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, praised the project's progress and timeliness following the investor's commitment. At the same time, it is advised that relevant departments and branches and Ea H'leo district leaders continue to monitor the development of project implementation items so that challenges and impediments with investors can be removed as soon as possible. In particular, they supported investors in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 outbreak and maintaining the stability of the security and order situation in the project implementation region.
Nguyen Dinh Trung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered gifts to the Ea Nam Wind Power Project. Trung Nam Construction Investment Joint Stock Company provided 5 billion VND for COVID-19 prevention and control in the province and 20 ventilators for the Ea H'leo area.
