Duc Ly and Hop Ly communes, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province are two purely agricultural communes with a tradition of studiousness. Although the commune's infrastructure has been improved, it has not yet met the requirements of the renovation process, especially the classroom system in the area.
In order to help schools and students have a safe and modern learning environment, contributing to creating a premise for the comprehensive and sustainable development of Ly Nhan district's education, Trungnam Group has sponsored 10 billion VND to build classrooms for Duc Ly Primary School and Hop Ly Primary School.
