According to Mr. Nguyen Tam Tien - General Director of Trungnam Group, with just over 3 months of operation and research, online negotiation, the EMS factory chain will sign a memorandum of understanding for development cooperation with a strategic partner from Silicon Valley in the US. The target in the next 5 years is that the annual revenue of this factory chain will reach 1.2 billion USD / year.
Trungnam Group is urgently investing in the construction of a dedicated ICT factory in A2 (the division of production and business of IT products and services) on an area of 9.3 hectares with 05 factories with an area of 4,000 - 6,000. m2 / floor with a 3 showroom and internal technical infrastructure.
The investor will use 2 factories to continue to invest in 16 SMT lines (board production lines and electronic components), 16 Mechanical Assembly lines, the remaining 3 factories will promote to call for investment into electronics and telecommunications. These are important pivotal projects of Da Nang IT Park to catch the wave of global supply chain shift after the Covid 19 pandemic with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND. It is expected that the projects will be completed in 2021.
In 2021, Danang IT Park will continue to invest in the project for the specialist zone and Eco-Service Park on a total area of 26 hectares, including 4 apartment blocks with 10 - 21 floors, 64 apartments, villas, 33 hillside villas, sports area, Club House, central park… with a total estimated investment of about 2,100 billion VND.
Also, the investor continues to invest in 23 factories in the production area of phase 1 to meet the increasing orders from partners, prepare and deploy investment in the R&D Zone (10ha in phase 1 and 10ha in phase 2 of the project); looking for partners for cooperation in the development of office and exhibition area combined with data center….
The investor has completed 131ha of phase 1 infrastructure with favorable investment progress, the IT zone of Da Nang will soon be filled contributing to the development of Da Nang City. According to the orientation of the Politburo in Resolution No. 43-NQ / TW January 24, 2019, on the construction and development of Da Nang city until 2030, with a vision to 2045./.
