The sharing of poor students moved the audience during the scholarship award ceremony held on July 7 at Palm Garden Resort (Hoi An). Truong Thi Thu Suong, a freshman at the Danang University of Economics, explains, "After learning that my father had an accident, I was transported to the hospital by my uncle, seeing my father very confused - now, the family's breadwinner is like that. Then, when my mother went to the hospital to care for my father and had an accident, I became even more depressed and desperate." Suong said in her story that she always told herself to be resilient and that she went to work so that she could share the work with her parents. Suong worked 15 hours a day after finishing her university exams to support her family. Suong reduced her overtime to 7 hours per day after starting school to devote more time studying.
