Bach Dang Bridge was built to complete the route connecting Ha Long City with the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway system and to connect the economic triangle of Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh.

• - The bridge has 3 pylons; approach roads on both sides total 2.357 km
