On July 7, 2026, the Da Nang People's Committee issued Decision No. 3007/QD-UBND, approving the revised investment policy for the Quan Nam – Thuy Tu Eco-Urban Area project (Golden Hills City), invested and developed by Trungnam.
The revised investment policy marks an important milestone following close coordination between the company and relevant authorities to resolve legal obstacles, laying the groundwork for the project to move forward in line with its planning and new development direction.

Scaling Up: From VND 4,400 Billion to Nearly VND 15,500 Billion
The total investment for Golden Hills City has been raised from approximately VND 4,400 billion to nearly VND 15,500 billion. The implementation schedule has also been adjusted, along with an expanded social infrastructure system to meet development needs for this new phase.
Golden Hills City spans more than 335 hectares in the northwest of Da Nang. Under the revised plan, the project will continue to deliver 3,020 low-rise housing units, including townhouses and villas, alongside land reserved for 18 commercial and service facilities and 6 mixed-use residential towers ranging from 3 to 27 storeys, offering more than 4,000 apartments — designed to meet the growing wave of residents moving to live and work in northwest Da Nang.

In addition, Trungnam is investing in a comprehensive social infrastructure system comprising 13 schools spanning preschool through high school, 2 healthcare facilities, 2 sports complexes, and 1 cultural facility, helping to build a fully integrated living environment for nearly 30,000 future residents.
The approval of the revised investment policy also affirms Trungnam's legal foundation — from planning through implementation — to continue developing the project in full compliance with current regulations. Trungnam will focus on completing the remaining legal procedures while carrying out investment in social infrastructure components according to the approved roadmap.
The Journey from Golden Hills City to a Modern Satellite Urban Area
Under the approved schedule, the 2026-2027 period will see the completion of legal procedures; low-rise housing areas will be developed through 2032; and social infrastructure, commercial and service facilities, and residential towers will continue to be invested in and completed by 2034.
As the city accelerates connective infrastructure projects, including the extended Nguyen Tat Thanh road, Golden Hills City is expected to fulfill its role as a modern urban area, contributing to the completion of the development space in northwest Da Nang.

Positioned to connect with key regional projects such as the Free Trade Zone, Lien Chieu Port, the High-Tech Park, and the Concentrated Information Technology Park, the project is oriented to become an urban area fully integrated in technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and amenities — helping to expand the city's urban development space, attract investment, and generate further momentum for Da Nang's socio-economic growth.
The revised investment policy for Golden Hills City not only opens a new phase of development for the project but also creates the conditions for Trungnam to continue implementing its components according to plan, accompanying Da Nang in its goal of modern, sustainable, and integrated urban development.
