On January 8, 2021, in Dak Lak province, Trungnam Group organized its 2020 Review Conference. The conference was attended by the Executive Board, management levels of Trungnam Group, and its member companies.
At the conference, member units reported on operational activities in 2020, highlighting 10 major events executed by Trungnam Group. To alleviate stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, promote disease prevention awareness, create a relaxing environment, and build a safe workplace, Trungnam Group hosted the COVID-19 Music Fest competition. On April 10, the Organizing Committee announced the results of the Covid-19 Music Fest, awarding 4 first prizes, 2 second prizes, and 1 third prize.
One of Trungnam Group's pivotal events was the Launching Ceremony of the 102-Day Emulation Campaign for the 220/500kV Substation and Transmission Line project – integrated with the 450 MW Trung Nam Thuan Nam Solar Power Plant in Phuoc Minh commune, Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province, on May 15. Also on May 15, Trungnam Group conducted helicopter survey flights over its project sites in Ninh Thuan province.
Trungnam Group's infrastructure sector also achieved significant milestones. On June 14, 2020, a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep conducted a field inspection of the Tidal Flood Control Project. In the same sector, on August 22, Trungnam Group successfully installed the 2nd sluice gate at the Cay Kho tide control sluice.
Another milestone highlighting Trungnam Group's growth was the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ca Na General Seaport Project on August 25.

In renewable energy, the successful energization of the 220/500kV Substation and Transmission Line – integrated with the 450 MW Trung Nam Thuan Nam Solar Power Plant on September 29, 2020, showcased the Group's development capability. The crowning highlight of 2020 was the Inauguration Ceremony of the 500kV Substation and 220/500kV Transmission Line integrated with the 450 MW Trung Nam Thuan Nam Solar Power Plant on October 12. In information technology, the inauguration of the SMT high-tech IT project on October 17 demonstrated Trungnam Group's success in this sector.
The equipment handover ceremony between Trungnam Group and Sany Group on November 7 created favorable conditions for executing future renewable energy projects. The celebration of 16 years since its establishment on the evening of November 12 at Gem Center, District 1, marked a journey of impressive growth for Trungnam Group.
In the 2021 plan, Trungnam Group established key strategic goals, demanding unity and dedicated effort from all personnel across Trungnam Group and its member companies.
At the review ceremony, Trungnam Group honored member units that achieved outstanding operational performances in 2020. Specifically, 3 units (TNP, TNKr, TNSMC) were commended for completing production targets for 3 consecutive years; TNG, TNTN SP, TNSP, TNWP, TNEC, TNSMC, TNP, TNKr, TNTS, and TNCNP were commended for fulfilling 2020 targets; and TNG, TNEC, and TNTN TP were awarded for achieving high total production values.
