In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic challenges facing the nation and its localities, Trungnam Group embodied the spirit of solidarity and joined hands with the nation to
“fight the pandemic like fighting an enemy,” contributing over VND 34 billion to vaccine purchases and COVID-19 prevention activities nationwide.
Specifically, this included contributing USD 1 million (equivalent to VND 23.2 billion) to the National COVID-19 Vaccine Fund managed by the Ministry of Finance; funding the construction of a medical screening house for Viet Duc Friendship Hospital; donating 02 blood gas analyzers to Phu Tho field hospital; sponsoring funds and pandemic prevention equipment worth VND 5.2 billion for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan province; providing VND 1 billion for pandemic relief in Dak Lak province; contributing VND 500 million to Gia Lai province's COVID-19 fund; and supporting VND 200 million for the COVID-19 Vaccine Fund of Ea H'Leo district (Dak Lak province).
Through these sharing initiatives,
Trungnam Group aspires to accompany the healthcare sector toward comprehensive development, supporting the State in curbing the pandemic while safeguarding economic growth.
Prioritizing social welfare through educational development, medical support, sustainable poverty reduction, and job creation for rural workers reflects
Trungnam Group's ongoing commitment to bringing local communities a better quality of life, both materially and spiritually, for sustainable social development.
In the first half of 2021 alone, despite the heavy impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy and business operations, Trungnam Group's passion to share and give back saw the Group donate over VND 165 billion to social programs nationwide. Particularly across key investment project locations, Trungnam Group committed to standing alongside provinces such as Ninh Thuan, Dak Lak, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang by funding and implementing COVID-19 prevention measures.
Grounded in the proactive implementation of Government Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP on key tasks and solutions for socio-economic development and state budget execution in 2021, corporate social responsibility stands at the forefront of the Group's journey alongside the Government to achieve the "dual targets" of controlling the COVID-19 pandemic and driving economic recovery and growth in the new normal. Alongside pandemic prevention activities, Trungnam Group remains committed to achieving socio-economic milestones, making positive contributions to the nation's overall growth.
