On November 6, 2018, Mr. Le Anh Tuan – Deputy General Director of Trungnam Power – attended and accepted the Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam 2019 (PROFIT500) award. This prestigious ranking is developed based on independent research and international-standard evaluation conducted by Vietnam Report. The enterprises honored at today's ceremony represent outstanding business performance and strong profitability within Vietnam's economy during 2018.
The ranking results were published by Vietnam Report following a rigorous evaluation process based on 3 primary criteria: pre-tax profit, total revenue, and the ratio of pre-tax profit to total revenue, sourced from independent surveys and verified data. Additionally, criteria such as total asset size, workforce scale, revenue growth potential, profitability, and media reputation were incorporated to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
By the end of October 2019, power generation at Dong Nai 2 Hydropower Plant reached 87% of its annual plan. The company ensured safe operation and management of Krong No 2 & 3 Hydropower Plants, as well as the Trung Nam Wind and Solar Power Complex in Ninh Thuan, while generating nearly 400 million kWh of electricity at the Trung Nam Tra Vinh Solar Power Plant.
Furthermore, Trungnam Power actively participated in technical service packages, including providing support and supervision for commissioning solar power plants in Ninh Thuan and Tra Vinh, alongside installing AC and DC underground cabling systems at Trung Nam Tra Vinh Solar Power Plant.
